Chose carefully and feel free to contact us if you have any questions because all sales are considered final. Returns are accepted only in the case of a defective product or mis-shipment. No exchanges for other sizes, or designs. A shipping notification will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order with tracking, shipping company may change based on where you are ordering from. All items are shipped in brand new condition. Once the order is shipped Serimal is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred in transit to your package.

If you need to cancel an order, please e-mail orders@serimal.com within one hour. 

We are a small business. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Usually we process the order the business day after we receive it, but it may take up to 5 business days to process and ship your package. This does not include transit time. 

Shipping time in Italy is usually 2 days, 3/4 days in EU and up to 2 weeks for the rest of the world. However, couriers often have delays. This is out of our control and we won’t have more information aside from the tracking numbers, which are provided during the time of purchase by the shipping company. By ordering from this site you agree to these terms.

All major European postal services have suspended shipments since August 23, which applies to all parcels except letters. This means that if you have a pending purchase that has not been shipped by the deadline, we may have to cancel the order or arrange alternatives.
